Artist Bio

A Visual Journey

I have spent my lifetime being creative with different art mediums. It wasn't until I discovered the art of stained glass that I felt truly captivated by the magic of this physical medium that gets its beauty directly from light.

Before moving to New Orleans, I attended the Art Institute of Minnesota and the Illinois Institute of Art, where I focused on illustration, sculpture, painting, and digital 3D art. I have a career as a digital artist in the video game industry and am specialized in animation and art direction. The combination of all of these skills has lent itself well to the style of stained glass artwork that I create.

I love every step of the process to create a glass work of art and how it isn't until the piece is finally complete that one can really see it in all of its glory - once the light shines through.
